Becoming a Member of Andover Lake

To become a member of Andover Lake and enjoy its swimming, boating and other activities you will need to complete the an application.  Please see:

To complete the membership application you will need to determine your membership class. Your type membership will be one of the following classes:

• REGULAR MEMBERSHIP

  Real estate owners whose land was formerly owned by the Andover Lake Corporation. The real estate involved is situated on the following streets:

Lake Road, Lakeside Drive, Lakeview Drive, Sunset Lane, West Street, West Street Extension, Island Street, Bausola Road, Brown Drive, Mathieson Drive, Rockledge Drive, Rose Lane, Woodside Drive, Erdoni Hill Road and School Road.

• ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP

  Legal residents of the Town of Andover who do not live in the area defined above. They have all privileges as a regular member except for voting rights at Association Meetings.

• OUT OF TOWN MEMBERSHIP

Legal resident of nearby Towns. They have all privileges as a regular member except for voting rights at Association Meetings.

Other special cases:

• LAKE RENTERS

  Each housing unit must pay a full Regular Membership of $230.00. Owner and renter can work out any arrangements for the annual fee. The property owner, not the renter, has voting rights, if applicable.

• SENIOR CITIZENS

Members over age 65 years of ageare entitled to a $20.00 discount off the Regular Membership Fee (applies only to Regular and Associate Memberships). Proof of age must be sent with Membership application.
